Hasbrouck House Terms & Conditions

General Booking Policies

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation. This amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking the reservation.

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends. No minimum stay requirement for midweek stays, Sunday – Thursday.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. 

Reservations made with a gift card or package purchased from a partner site still require a credit card to be put on file for incidentals.

Most rooms at Hasbrouck House are double occupancy. There are a limited number of suites that allow for additional guests. Please inquire directly regarding your specific needs.

There is no smoking anywhere indoors. A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in rooms is found.

Cancellations of Reservations (exclusive of group bookings)

Cancellations or 14+ days ahead of your arrival date will result in a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made 13 - 7 days ahead of your arrival date will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit you pay when confirming your stay.

Cancellations made less than 7 days ahead of your arrival date will result in a full charge for the stay.

Requests made to change your dates are treated as a cancellation, and are subject to the same guidelines as above. Please note that the cancellation policy will apply to your original dates, even if you move your stay to a later date.

Early check outs will not be refunded.

Group Bookings

As we are a small property with a restaurant on-site, we cannot accommodate group bookings of more than 5 rooms on high season weekends, May-October, unless you are having a wedding on property.  As with all reservations, group bookings require a 50% deposit committing to the full purchase of rooms.  We allow a limited number of weddings on property from May-October. Please refer to our special events page for all information on weddings at Hasbrouck House.

This deposit can be applied directly to the rooms, or be held as a deposit towards the rooms if all guests are paying for their own individual rooms.

Sunday-Thursday nights Hasbrouck House is happy to accommodate group bookings of any size, along with full property buyouts. Hasbrouck House property has a non-refundable operations fee of $800 on any room block of 5-10 rooms May-Oct mid-week or anytime during low season Nov-April.  Operations fee includes: giving Host access to bookings in advance to being released to the public, being locked into current standing rates, group booking coordination with Guest Services Team, distribution of Welcome Gift Bags for guests if provided by the Host, and any additional administrative needs. 

The Host will be required to provide Hasbrouck House with a rooming list for their guests. No organized gatherings are permitted unless pre-approved and arranged through management. A site fee may be applicable.

Group Bookings of 11+ rooms (only available Sun-Thurs May-Oct or anytime Nov-April)

A 50% deposit committing to the full purchase of rooms, and non-refundable surcharge, payable by credit card, is required to secure all room blocks of 11+ rooms.

This deposit can be applied directly to the rooms, or just be held as a deposit towards the rooms if all guests are paying for their own individual rooms.

Hasbrouck House property has a non-refundable operations fee of $2,000 for any room block of 11+ rooms. Operations fee includes: giving Host access to bookings in advance to being released to the public, being locked into current standing rates, group booking coordination with Guest Services Team, facilitation of Welcome Gift Bags for guests if provided by the Host, and any additional administrative needs. 

The Host will be required to provide Hasbrouck House with a rooming list for their guests. No organized gatherings are permitted unless pre-approved and arranged through management. A site fee may be applicable.

Cancellations on Room Blocks & Hotel Buyouts

Cancellations on blocks/buyouts before 90 days of arrival will receive a full refund of the 50% room block deposit and rooms will be opened back up to the public. The surcharge is non-refundable. Room cancellations made under 89-30 days will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit. Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will result in a full charge of the entire length of stay. 

Special Restrictions

Hasbrouck House strives to maintain peace and quiet for our guests. We welcome families with children over the age of 12.

Though Hasbrouck House loves our furry friends, they are only permitted in select rooms on the property. Rooms 14, 15 & The Cottage are all dog friendly with a $25 cleaning fee. If you have a service dog, please contact Hasbrouck House in advance of your stay. There will be a $125 cleaning fee added to your final bill for any unapproved dogs. 

The outdoor pool is seasonally open from 8:00am – 10:00pm. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. No smoking on the pool deck. No glass at the pool. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Swimming while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.

All rooms are non-smoking.  Smoking must take place in designated outdoor smoking areas only.  A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in rooms is found.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
