BLUESTONE OPENING WEEKEND + SUNSET FLIX

Join us on the Butterfield Bluestone for Opening Weekend, May 26th!

We are thrilled to welcome summer guests to the Butterfield Bluestone (formerly Butcher & Bar), the burger, snack shack and outdoor bar at Hasbrouck House! Bluestone will be open select weekends throughout the summer featuring classic summer favorites, food truck and cocktail pop ups, community events, markets and more!

Guests are welcome to dine alfresco under the sailcloth tent or bring a blanket and picnic on our great lawn. Relax around our blazing bonfires, catch a film under the stars, or enjoy a friendly game at our outdoor game courts!

Stay tuned for 2023 programming and events, including pop ups with Hare's Hollow Pizza, Catskills Cocktail Club, 3 Phoenicia Flea Weekends, FREE Saturday Yoga, Community Fundraising Nights and our Sunset Flix film series!
